The ideal candidate has graduated in law, with some experience in banking transactions, structured finance, corporate loans, trade finance, real estate, or MA, especially in energy and infrastructure sectors.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist in delivering advice to clients /li liWork in local and international teams of lawyers /li liConduct legal research and case law studies /li liHandle specialist financing matters including export credit finance, international trade finance,



and general corporate loans /li liAdvise on shipping and maritime matters /li liAdvise on development and financing of renewable energy and infrastructure projects both in Italy and abroad /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liGraduated in law /li liFluency in English is required; knowledge of a third language is a plus /li liPassion for client service /li liExcellent problem?solving, analytical, technical, and drafting skills /li /ul pHe/she should be energetic, driven, focused, with exceptional academic achievements and the capacity to deliver quality advice accurately and efficiently.
