ppIn this role you will help scale Nadara's operations by driving automation and data-driven improvements across the Scalable Operations team.
You'll own dashboards, data quality, and AI-enabled processes to reduce manual work while maintaining reliability.
You will collaborate cross-functionally to align initiatives with Nadara's strategy and report to the Head of Scalable Operations.
This is a hands-on, technically focused position at the intersection of operations, analytics and automation.

to reduce manual effort /liliWork with ITD and NAIT to build more complex agents and automations, advising on requirements /liliMay act as point of contact for platforms (Maximo, Dynamics 365, Power BI, SharePoint) /liliOwn Scalable Operations' data quality standards across tools /liliMaintain automation and AI backlog; validate AI outputs and design human review points /liliAssist in quantification and reporting of automation benefits for cost-to-serve tracking /liliAdvanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, VBA macros) - required /liliBasic coding: SQL; Python or VBA for automations - required /liliProficiency in Power BI - required /liliWorking knowledge of Maximo, Dynamics 365, SharePoint - preferred /liliAbility to structure data analyses and translate results for senior audiences /liliStrong process orientation and documentation skills /liliComfortable making pragmatic decisions with partial information /liliFast learner and independent navigator of unfamiliar systems/tools /liliPrompt engineering: ability to write and iterate structured prompts - required /liliUnderstanding of agentic automation patterns - preferred /liliRetrieval-based approaches (RAG) - preferred /li /ulpIn this role you will help scale Nadara's operations by driving automation and data-driven improvements across the Scalable Operations team.
