/p pIt is a full-time role (40-hour working week made of 8 hours per 5 days and 2 days off).

/li liRun sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
/li liAssist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities.
/li liAct as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
/li liDocument issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.
/li liUnder the guidance of a supervisor, prepare, distribute,



and communicate changes in assignment sheets/workboards.
Communicate issues to next shift.
/li liComplete required paperwork.
/li liUse company tools, such as GXP and Opera for department operations /li liFollow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; /li liReport any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.
/li liEnsure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
/li liMaintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
/li liSupport all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.
/li liSupport team to reach common goals.
/li liComply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
/li liEnter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the Housekeeper Manager.
/li liFollow Standard Operating Procedures and the brand guidelines /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liYou must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
Valid work permit for full time role (40 hours/week).
/li liAt least intermediate Italian and English /li liPrevious housekeeping supervisory experience is a big plus /li liUnderstanding of rooms operations and luxury hospitality /li liIdeally, technical knowledge of Opera /li liReliability, Motivation,
