What You Will Do
- Define and lead the SCADA/OT strategy, architecture, and long-term technology roadmap
- Oversee SCADA integration, commissioning, and operational readiness across the project portfolio
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions
- Manage budgets, contracts, forecasts, and financial performance within the SCADA/OT domain
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, grid requirements, and operational processes
- Lead, mentor, and support the SCADA/OT team while driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
What You Bring & Who You Are
- 5 to 10 years experience in SCADA, automation, or operational technology within energy, infrastructure, or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of SCADA architectures, PLC programming, industrial communication protocols, and control systems integration
- Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and collaborating with engineering, construction, operations, and IT teams
- English language skills are required; ideally, you also speak Italian, Spanish, French or German
- Confident communicator with strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ideally, experience in renewable energy projects, grid compliance, and cybersecurity alignment for OT systems
