- Lead the core experience team within Mollie’s business banking product, owning the full customer experience across web and mobile, as well as all business logic and APIs built on top of the platform layer
- Drive the performance and delivery of a cross-functional team of 10 (design, product, data analytics), with no direct reports but full accountability for the team’s outcomes
- Shape a product from the ground up at a company with an established customer base and strong growth, a setup that is relatively rare in the industry
- Report directly to the VP of Product

What You’ll Ship

- New features and propositions rather than iterating on existing ones, with a focus on building net-new experiences
- APIs and customer-facing product across the Mollie app (web and mobile native) for business banking customers




- A banking proposition layered on top of Mollie’s existing payments infrastructure, leveraging an already large and engaged customer base

What You’ll Bring

- Experience leading a cross-functional product team in an everyday, hands-on capacity
- Comfort with the full product lifecycle, including early-stage building and scaling
- Ability to operate in a high-ambition, high-resource environment alongside experienced and passionate product leaders from across the industry
