Stellantis in Turin-Mirafiori is seeking a Fresh Graduate Engineer to take a Supervisor role in one of our production plants. You will oversee daily production plans, ensuring safety, quality, cost control and environmental standards, and guide a team of line operators and team leaders.
The role requires an analytical mindset, willingness to learn, initiative, leadership and the ability to work under pressure across rotating shifts (6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) totaling 40 hours per
