ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for carrying out and monitoring all accounting and tax operations relating to Data4's business in Italy (several entities). You will monitor financial flow in order to prepare reports (balance sheet, income statement, tax return, etc.). You will be responsible for auxiliary accounting (AR, AP) and maintaining the general ledger. You will supervise the accounting team. You are familiar with SOX requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage the accounting functions of multiple subsidiaries
- Perform accounting tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance (incl. AR billing and cash collection, AP and payment process, bank reconciliations, Fixed Assets book and depreciation, Intercompany reconciliation)
