Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in the railway and urban transportation market. The role combines market development, customer engagement, bid support and cross-functional collaboration to help deliver winning solutions for our customers. The position in based in Turin (Piossasco).
Accountabilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic railway markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders
- Support bid activities, including market engagement, opportunity qualification and commercial positioning
- Contribute to sales strategy, pipeline development and market analysis to support business growth
- Coordinate with engineering, bidding, finance and delivery teams to shape competitive and compliant solutions
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and business development initiative

- Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and commercial drivers
- Experience working with complex tenders, pre-bid activities or opportunity qualification processes
- Ability to collaborate with technical stakeholders to develop business opportunities
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
