Boston Scientific is seeking an Account Manager to lead end-to-end sales for select customer segments in Lombardia, Italy, covering regions such as Milan, Lodi, or Pavia. The role focuses on business growth, market share expansion, and strategic account planning with clinical and economic stakeholders.

You will design sales strategies, support RSMs, and manage Tier 1–3 accounts while providing clinical support in the operating room as needed.
