To strengthen our Product function, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team as Product Associate. This opportunity is aimed at candidates with 3‑5 years of relevant experience, ideally gained within management consulting, business consulting, digital transformation consulting, financial services consulting, or similar advisory environments. We are particularly interested in professionals who have developed strong analytical,



stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and project delivery capabilities through consulting experiences and who are eager to apply these skills in a product‑oriented and innovation‑driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Contribute innovative ideas to deliver best‑in‑class products and solutions for our clients.
- Analyse business needs, market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to support product strategy and roadmap development.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills to identify opportunities for product improvement and business growth.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders to define and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
