Agilité is looking for an Office Manager to join its Milan team, ensuring the efficient, well-organised, and high-quality functioning of the office environment.
The role involves coordinating administrative, operational, and communication activities, providing support to leadership, and contributing to the overall effectiveness and professionalism of the organisation.
Reporting directly to the Country Head, the Office Manager will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth office operations, effective communication, and a productive working environment.
Agilité is a pan-European commercial interiors and fit-out specialist, operating as a general contractor across multiple European markets. We deliver office, retail and hospitality projects for international clients, combining strong local delivery with centrally coordinated expertise.
