Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking is a leading global financial institution that provides advisory, investment banking, financing, corporate banking and capital markets services to corporations, financial institutions, financial sponsors, and sovereign and supranational organizations worldwide.

Responsibilities

- Follow the day‑to‑day accounting processes required for the proper functioning of the branch.
- Collaborate with the various departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.
- Perform reconciliations, analyses and controls of the general ledger, including fixed asset register checks and expense monitoring.
- Support the preparation and management of internal corporate reporting.
- Work with the Finance team on the preparation and production of all regulatory returns to the competent authorities and the reporting packages to the parent company.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and with the reporting and accounting departments at head office.




- Perform any other duties as required by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

- Education: degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics. A diploma from a technical commercial institute will be considered an asset.
- Languages: fluent Italian and English (written and spoken); knowledge of French is considered a plus.

Technical Skills

- Solid knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping (mandatory).
- IT skills: good command of MS Office tools, particularly Excel.

- Pragmatic, well‑organised, accurate and self‑motivated.
