To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.

The Role

- Maximize sales for the store
- Develop enduring relationships with clients
- Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request
- Approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy
- Manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices
- Understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance
- Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history
- Handle returns of merchandise
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard




- Support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store
- Arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria
- Operate cash registers and close daily revenues
- Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates
- Go the “extra mile” to meet targets

The Candidate

- Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated
- Retail or service industry experience
- Great customer service and people skills
- Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues
- Good standard of numeracy and problem solving
