For our school in Ostuni we are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join our team
Contract type: Fixed-term contract until June 2027;
Hours: 20 hours per week, distributed over 5 working days;
Start date: June 2026.

Your role
This position involves providing both operational and managerial support to the daily activities of the school, contributing to its smooth and efficient functioning.
We are looking for a dynamic individual, with strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Guiding and supporting teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events
- Monitoring student progress and ensuring meaningful follow‑up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...)
- Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story
- Managing and updating school systems and records, including accurate data entry related to students, classes, attendance, and academic progress
What You Need
- Full proficiency in English (C2 level)
