Assetara Limited seeks a dedicated Client Relationship & Support Specialist to join our Palermo-based operations, working remotely through the Assetara platform. You will be the primary client contact, delivering concierge-level account assistance and maintaining accurate CRM notes while upholding strict privacy and security standards.
In this role, you will conduct scheduled client calls, assist with platform navigation, manage queues and SLA adherence, and escalate issues per compliance rules.
