- Develop and achieve planned maintenance on equipment. Ensure maintenance records are accurate and up to date.
- Train maintenance staff to achieve cross functional expertise in machines, auxiliary equipment and automation.
- Develop Standard work, help maintenance manager in continuous improvement of efficiency of the department.
