Lexroom is building an outbound engine for legal AI adoption. As BDR Team Manager, you’ll lead and grow a team focused on generating qualified pipeline for Mid-Market/Enterprise, partnering with AEs, Marketing, and Partnerships to land strategic accounts.

You’ll own pipeline creation, coach BDRs, and build a repeatable outbound system with ICPs, messaging, and sequencing. A data-driven approach will guide forecasting and performance reviews.
