Visual Merchandising Intern: Create Displays & Layouts

During your internship, you will experience the full Inditex environment: customer service, goods reception, restocking, continuous product reordering on the floor and store layout implementation (visual merchandising).

After a training program in sales, you will be supported by the visual display manager, assisting him in all major activities. You will learn the techniques of display and develop visual merchandising skills and creative abilities. You will also have the opportunity to create and realize displays that maintain a consistent brand image and maximize sales results.

Responsibilities

- Create displays that align with the company’s commercial and visual merchandising policies.
- Maintain the inside layout of the store, optimizing space and product presentation.
- Analyze sales data to design targeted layouts that increase profitability.

Qualifications

- High school diploma (a background in artistic studies is a plus).




- Preferable minimal experience in the fashion retail sector (e.g., fit model, sales associate).
- Creativity, autonomy, excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Motivation to grow in a young and dynamic company.
- Commitment, flexibility, dedication, and motivation.

Requirements

- Availability to work 32 hours per week in shifts.
