Greener & Greener, a company developing large biomethane projects in Italy, seeks a senior finance professional. You will join the team to negotiate and finalise equity, mezzanine, convertible debt, subordinated debt, bridge and senior debt, leveraging your own relationships within multiple categories.

You must be absolutely fluent in English and bring a financial background with at least 10 years of experience in either corporate finance or corporate banking to drive complex financings in Italy.
