Hitachi Energy in Italy seeks a Battery Technical Lead who will identify, evaluate, validate, and integrate battery technologies and suppliers for BESS applications. You will drive the technology strategy and perform technical due diligence across projects.

You will act as the technical authority for battery systems in multidisciplinary R&D;, sharing expertise on cell chemistry, performance, safety, and degradation mechanisms, and guiding testing methodologies and supplier capabilities.
