Your contribution to Prysmian's Success: We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our office in Milan HQ. The Project Engineer - Land Installation will be part of a dynamic and international environment, working on projects relevant for the green transition to renewable energy. She/he will play an active part in the execution and success of the activities, interact with a multicultural team, in close contact with subcontractors and clients. This will definitely be an accelerator for personal and professional growth.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Support in defining cable installation requirements.
- Preparation of technical documents for cable installation activities such as detailed drawings, descriptive documents.
- Active interaction with internal departments, external consultants, subcontractors and clients.
- Support in planning activities of cable installation on site,



with possible site visits to check feasibility of the proposed solutions.
- Technical support to purchasing department for the finalization of subcontracts.
- Preparation and check of final as‑built documentation.

Qualifications
- Honours degree in technical engineering (preferably civil, mechanical, or materials engineering).
- Fluent in English written and spoken.
- 0/3 years of work experience.
- Capability to speak, understand and write in German (as a plus).
- Knowledge and familiarity with basic and common software like Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, GIS.
- Basic knowledge of the land cable installation business/market preferred.
- Good relationship approach.
- Team working capability.
- Problem solving, target oriented, proactive approach in finding solutions in complex environment.
- Capability to set and to handle pragmatically the priorities.
- Flexibility and capability
