How You’ll Make An Impact
- You will support daily production activities, monitor performance, and ensure timely escalation of issues to maintain operational flow.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to align efforts and ensure smooth operations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare insightful reports, and assist in implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Contribute to root cause analysis and engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our processes.
- Support short-term planning by ensuring alignment between capacity, materials, and schedules to optimize resource utilization.
- Provide structured data, analysis, and coordination support to Manufacturing leadership, empowering informed decision-making.
What You Bring
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in the Electrical field.
- You have 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations, showcasing your expertise in the field.
- A strong understanding of production processes is essential, along with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- You possess effective cross-functional communication skills, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams.
- You are proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented, always striving for excellence in your work.
