Investigate and troubleshoot on system and software configuration and related performance issues Automate the provisioning and maintenance of internal IT personal assets Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks Perform complete life cycle management of compute hardware, including deployment, configuration, refresh, and decommissioning Provide engineering support for compute infrastructure; this will include monitoring and troubleshooting compute-related problems Extensively partner with business grou
