Citi in Italy (Milano) is seeking a Subsidiary Account Manager to lead relationships with local subsidiaries of multinational clients. You will develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, and ensure delivery of Citi's products and services in the Italian market.

You will partner with product, credit, and operations teams, manage risk, and drive wallet penetration while maintaining strong client coverage and a strategic advisory stance.
