FAO seeks a National PPP Specialist to advance public-private collaborations in Mauritius under the TCP project. You will map stakeholders, identify partner opportunities, and design a coalition framework to mobilize resources and implement bankable PPP concepts.
The role requires experience in PPPs, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to work with government agencies, private sector partners, and development partners.
