We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join a high-impact AI consultancy working on advanced, real-world projects around LLMs and multi-agent systems.

This is a very hands-on role, focused on designing and building production-grade AI solutions, not demos or PoCs.
What you’ll work on:

- Designing and implementing agentic AI systems (planners, tool use, memory, orchestration)
- Building RAG pipelines in production (vector DBs, chunking strategies, retrieval & ranking)
- Developing APIs and services in Python
- Working with LLMs (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Anthropic / open-source) in real products
- Collaborating with other engineers and mentoring on architecture & best practices
Setup:

- Freelance collaboration with long-term perspective
- Hybrid model: initial onboarding on-site, then gradually moving towards remote
- Possible locations: Rome / Milan / Naples

We’re looking for someone senior, autonomous, technically strong, and comfortable taking ownership of complex systems.
