Your Role
As a Customer Success Specialist – Cisco,



you will play a key role in driving the growth of our Cisco business by supporting and enabling partners throughout their journey with Ingram Micro and Cisco. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop business opportunities, strengthen partner relationships, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, recruit, and engage new B2B partners within the Cisco ecosystem.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound activities, marketing campaigns, digital tools, and the Ingram Micro Xvantage™ platform.
- Manage the partner lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification to onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with partners, helping them maximize the value of Cisco solutions and programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Vendor Management, Presales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to execute joint growth strategies.
