We are looking for a Localization Vendor & Resource Manager.
As a Localization Vendor & Resource Manager you will play a key role in expanding, qualifying, and optimizing our network of language professionals across all service types (translation, DTP, AI annotation, copywriting, interpreting, etc.).
You will be responsible for ensuring that our resource database remains robust, diversified,
and aligned with current and forecasted production needs, leveraging data-driven strategies to achieve measurable recruitment and qualification goals.
Responsibilities
- Talent acquisition and database expansion: Continuously source, evaluate, and recruit professionals across multiple domains to strengthen our supply network, using targeted and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Qualification and ranking: Assess and rank professionals through data-driven processes to improve matching accuracy and responsiveness to project needs.
- Database management: Maintain a high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date database of linguists and specialized contributors, ensuring complete and standardized profiles.
- Data analysis and forecasting: Monitor trends, forecast language and service needs, and identify talent gaps across verticals, markets, and service types.
- Cost and coverage management: Align recruitment efforts
