We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Migration & Identity Specialist with hands-on experience delivering tenant-to-tenant migration projects and deep expertise in identity, access management, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with customers, architects, and delivery teams to design and execute complex migration strategies, ensuring secure, compliant,



and seamless transitions with minimal business disruption.
Key R esponsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, including migration strategy design, coexistence planning, and cutover execution
- Manage and troubleshoot identity and directory-related challenges , including Entra ID (Azure AD), domain consolidation, federation, identity mapping, and user lifecycle management
- Utilize Quest on Demand Migration, Migration Manager , or equivalent migration platforms to deliver secure and efficient migration projects
- Assess and optimize Microsoft 365 licensing models to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business requirements
- Implement and support Microsoft 365 security solutions , including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Microsoft Defender technologies
