In this role you will act as the technology strategist and trusted advisor for assigned clients, owning end-to-end Pre-Sales and Post-Sales technical activities. You will lead coherence of technical proposals, align solutions with business needs, and drive value through architecture governance and customer collaboration. You will manage relationships with external vendors, seek innovative solutions, and help expand Orange Business scope within accounts. This position blends technology, finance, and client-facing leadership to deliver on the contract and business case.

- Own end-to-end solution during Pre-Sales including service wrap
- Ensure coherence of technical responses to clients
- Be the technology strategist and advisor of the bid
- Oversee delivery of the technical solution per contract




- Govern architecture and chair the customer innovation board
- Financially optimize the proposed solution and deliver the scope or better
- Foster technical relationships with external vendors/partners
- Expansion of Orange Business scope within the client
- Minimum of 5 years in a telecommunications and IT organization
- Degree in business, IT, or equivalent experience with a strong commitment to self-development
- Strong technical background with financial and commercial understanding
- Italian and English language proficiency
- Experience in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to translate technology to business and operations benefits
- Experience working in geographically distributed teams
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to innovate and improve ways of doing things
- ServiceNow experience is a plus
- Exposure to Agile Methodologies is a plus
