Backend Developer (m/w/d) Energie-Management-System(Edge/Cloud)

To strengthen our software team, we are looking for a technology-driven professional who wants to actively shape the future of energy with us.

Your Responsibilities - What You Can Expect

- Together with your team, you will develop and extend the backend of our Energy Management System and our backend services in a distributed edge/cloud environment.Youwill designscalableand maintainablearchitecturesforbothedgedevicesandcloudcomponents,primarilyusingGo.
- You will develop core cloud data interfaces that ensure reliable and scalable data exchange between our edge devices and cloud services.
- You will plan, implement, andmaintaindatabase solutions, especially with PostgreSQL.



You willbe responsible forprocessing, preparing, and integrating device data into our data platform.
- You will integrate controllable hardware components such as battery inverters, charging stations, battery management systems (BMS), energy meters, and other peripheral devices into our Energy Management System.
- You will take full ownership of the implementation, documentation, and quality assurance of your software modules and ensuretheir long-term maintainability.

Whatyoushouldbring:

- Acompleteddegreein Computer Science,ElectricalEngineering, TechnicalInformatics,oracomparablefieldofstudy.
- Several years of professional experience in backend development, ideally in distributed systems (edge & cloud environments).
- Very goodprogramming skills in Go (Golang).
- ExperiencewithPostgreSQL, MQTT, and AWScloudservicesisanadvantage.
- A team-oriented working style,strong communicationskills, and the ability to quickly understand new technical concepts.
