As a Solution Engineer, you act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and account teams, leading discovery and designing impactful solutions. You will demonstrate how Cellebrite’s platform improves investigative workflows and outcomes. Based in Italy with 50-70% travel, you’ll collaborate across sales, success, services, and product teams to ensure successful pre- to post-sales handovers. You shape architectures for on-prem, SaaS, and hybrid environments and stay ahead on trends in digital investigations, cloud, and AI.

- Lead end-to-end discovery of investigative workflows and environments
- Translate requirements into solution architectures across on‑prem, SaaS, and hybrid
- Deliver demos, pilots, and proofs-of-concept
- Advise on integrations, data flows, security, and performance in complex environments
- Identify risks early and propose mitigation strategies
- Partner with Account Executives to define account strategy and expansion
- Lead Technical Business Reviews to track adoption and outcomes
- Analyze workflows to position end-to-end C2C solutions
- Collaborate with Sales,



Customer Success, Services, and Product teams for seamless outcomes
- Represent Cellebrite at events and contribute to demos, playbooks, and sales enablement materials
- Stay current on trends across digital investigations, cloud, and AI
- 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role
- Experience designing and delivering complex software solutions (on-prem, cloud, or hybrid)
- Experience working with law enforcement, public safety, or government customers
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Solid technical foundation in Windows/Linux, networking, security, and cloud platforms
- Strong analytical mindset, linking technical solutions to business and mission outcomes
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
