Questa figura si occupa della manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria dell'Hotel, rispondendo alle richieste degli ospiti e dei colleghi in maniera cortese e qualificato. La risorsa ideale possiede almeno un anno di esperienza nel ruolo, con conoscenze in campo elettrico. E' richiesta la conoscenza della lingua italiana, mentre la conoscenza dell'inglese rappresenta un vantaggio.
