Main Mission

As an Account & Business Development Specialist, your primary mission is to ensure the retention and growth of existing clients while progressively developing new business opportunities.

The role is structured in two phases:
- Phase 1 – Account Management & Development: Take ownership of an existing client portfolio, ensure high client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling and business expansion within current accounts.
- Phase 2 – Business Development & Prospecting: Gradually expand your scope to include active prospecting, identification of new market opportunities, and acquisition of new clients to support the company’s growth objectives.

This position is ideal for a junior profile willing to grow into a full commercial role, combining account management excellence and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities And Activities

Client Portfolio Management




- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction levels.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring retention and continuity of business.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking in the CRM system.
- Coordinate internally with operations, finance, and product teams to ensure service delivery.

Development of Existing Clients
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support contract renewals and participate in commercial negotiations.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor account performance and contribute to revenue growth targets.
- Prepare commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
