Your Mission

You will act as the technical and operational reference for the AME region, combining hands-on field engineering activities with the management of strategic Key Accounts. You will provide advanced technical support to dealers, workshops, and end customers, ensuring rapid resolution of vehicle issues while supporting direct sales opportunities and long-term customer partnerships across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced field engineering support to dealers, workshops and customers across the AME region,



ensuring effective diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues.
- Conduct on-site investigations at dealer and customer locations, acting as the primary technical reference during critical vehicle and product-related cases.
- Support the AME Customer & Product Support Manager and Service Zone Managers on technical matters and product performance monitoring.
- Act as the liaison between the field and internal functions, coordinating actions with Quality, Engineering, Parts and Product Support teams.
- Deliver technical coaching and guidance to dealer workshop personnel to improve diagnostic capability and repair quality.
- Travel extensively across the AME region to support network operational performance, customer satisfaction and vehicle uptime.
- Manage strategic Key Accounts, supporting direct sales activities and developing strong relationships with key customers and fleet operators.
