In this position, you will drive profitable growth across a specific Area in Italy by developing customer relationships, building and managing a healthy pipeline, and ensuring strong cross‑functional coordination to deliver value and execution excellence for customers.

What You Will Be Doing
- Own territory execution across an Area in Italy, including account planning, customer coverage (direct, POS customers & distribution network), pipeline management,



and forecasting accuracy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships (with our direct, POS customers & distribution network) with customer stakeholders (purchasing, engineering, program management, quality, leadership).
- Identify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities; support design activity and conversion into revenue.
- Drive commercial discussions with our direct or POS customers (working via our distribution network) and ensure disciplined follow‑up and execution.
- Provide market & customer intelligence (applications, trends, competitors) and translate it into focused actions.
- Coordinate cross‑functional resources and, if needed, align with the Sales Team (Distribution Sales, Key Accounts, Business Development, Customer Experience, Inside Sales) and relevant internal partners (Marketing, Quality, Logistic, Legal…) to deliver on customer needs.
