Responsibilities
Ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally, meeting Radisson Hotel Group standards and agreed response times.
Driving conversion from enquiry through to signed contract, utilising RHG tools, systems, and processes to maximise revenue opportunities.
Supporting, coaching and assisting team members to ensure the smooth day‐to‐day running of the Cluster Groups & M&E; department.
Delivering a consistently high level of service, ensuring both property and company standards are achieved.
Contributing to a proactive, sales‐driven environment by identifying upselling, cross‐selling, and new business opportunities.
Working closely with colleagues across departments to maximise client satisfaction and resolve challenges with a positive, solution‐focused approach.
Qualifications
Experience in a Meetings & Events role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment.
An inspiring leader,
able to guide a team with a "Yes, I can!" attitude.
A strategic mindset and ability to familiarise yourself with various topics, developing them independently and proactively in a timely manner.
Professional communication in German and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and ability to conduct negotiations in both German and English.
Creative problem‐solving with an eye for detail.
Thriving in a fast‐paced, changing environment.
A passion for delivering outstanding guest and client experiences.
Skilled with IT systems on various platforms.
