This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who have a solid technical background and a passion for failure analysis, product quality, and reliability engineering.You will support the examination of customer-reported problems in this position. You will take part in determining root causes and cooperate with various teams to boost product quality and stop failures from happening again.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport failure analysis (FA) activities on returned products to identify failure mechanismsSupport root cause analysis through structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D)Examine test data,
logs, and manufacturing information to detect patterns and irregularitiesContribute to preparation of technical reports (FA reports, 8D) for internal and customer use leveraging AIWork with cross-functional teams (Build, Process, Manufacturing, Reliability) to support issue resolutionParticipate in quality monitoring and data analysis to track trends and detect deviations applying AIAssist in the definition and tracking of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardizationQualifications / RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Engineering, Electronics, or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBasic understanding of electronics and semiconductor devicesFamiliarity with data analysis (Excel, basic statistics)Good communication skills and ability to work in a teamPreferred QualificationsInternship or
