Each day, you will make sure the teams keeps developing capabilities and skills, supporting the business in the implementation of policies, practices and programs.
You will also showcase your expertise by driving behavioral change and HSE learning within the organization.The role is : Hybrid #Linkedin_HybridYou will be mainly accountable for:Supporting line managers and supervisors in the organization in understanding obligations, liabilities and any other legal, internal or group HSE requirementsEnsuring appropriate tools and measures are in place to monitor the legal and internal compliance and used effectively, at the same time reporting the HSE incidents.Reporting on HSE performance and progress with respect to the Group and local targets and objectivesDrive behavioral change and ensuring HSE capabilities are optimized and aligned to standards and best practiceQualifications for the role: You are highly skilled in HSE topics related to a manufacturing activitiesYou have at least five years of experience in managing HSE in a manufacturing unitPossess an enhanced knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and relevant international standard,
RSPP/ASPP qualification is preferred;You are passionate about knowledge of manufacturing and production processes and their impacts on health, safety and environmentUniversity degree in HSE engineering or equivalent ;You are at ease communicating in Italian and English Compensation Package As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico Minimum annual salary: 48.000 Variable Pay: AIP target 5% + Eligible for Company Productivity Premio The offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards.
