We are seeking aProduct / Business Analyst – Wealth Management for our team in Milan.
As aProduct Analyst, you will support the development and evolution of Objectway’s digital platform, working closely with product managers, developers, and UX/UI experts.
Most of your time will be focused on internal product activities - backlog management, requirement analysis, user stories, and agile team support. You will have the opportunity to be involved with client-facing activities, such as delivering demos and presentations.
Main Activities – Core Product Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.
- Gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements, coordinating with developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders.
- Write clear and detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Monitor sprint progress, identify risks or blockers, and contribute to problem‑solving.
