We are looking for a Site Manager_near Mestre
The candidate lead operations at our Piacenza site, with full responsibility for performance, people, safety and customer relationship.
What Will You Do:
- Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's need; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities;
- Take full leadership, operational and financial responsibility for managing a safe, efficient operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s);
- Manage the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement;
- Manage and develop large operational teams (60 - 80 employees)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Customer
- Monitor the operation's span of control and build a strategy;
- Lead by example to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture;
- Management of providers of the site's general services such as security, infrastructure, maintenance.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Engineering/Economic;
- Solid experience in logistics / supply chain, preferably in industrial environments
- Several experience in a direct management team;
- Proven track record in people leadership and union relations
- English fluent;
- Leadership skills and capability of defining and deploying strategic plan for the site;
- Strong analytical skills: Lean Manufacturing (WCM, TPM, Six Sigma);
- Team player with a positive mind set
Salary Range: €45.000 - € 55.000
