Freenow in Rome is seeking a Driver Operations Executive to lead day-to-day driver office activities, focusing on onboarding, compliance checks, and training. You will use field insights to drive improvements for drivers and passengers and ensure service quality aligns with company standards.
You will analyze field data, coordinate driver communications, and work with Product and Central Operations to resolve bottlenecks, supporting fleet density during peak times and city events.
