Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Design & 3D Product Development Specialist (Maternity Leave) to join our team.
Role Purpose
The Technical Design & Product Development Specialist supports the technical development of jewelry collections from concept to production.
You will contribute to Product Development, Technical Office and Industrialization activities by creating and maintaining technical documentation, developing technical solutions, managing product data, supporting prototype validation and ensuring the successful industrialization of new products.
The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate creative concepts into technically feasible and manufacturable jewelry while ensuring quality, industrial feasibility and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D CAD models for new products and design modifications when required.
- Translate creative concepts into technical solutions suitable for industrial production.
- Create and update technical drawings, product specifications, bills of materials and manufacturing documentation.
- Support prototype development, sampling, testing and validation activities, including resin 3D printing and laser machine operation.
- Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Industrialization, Quality and Production teams throughout the development process.
- Interface with external suppliers, model makers and manufacturers for technical matters related to product development and industrialization.
