Salary & Contract Details
We are looking for a person under 30 for a full‑time apprenticeship contract, RAL approx. 25k, with a view to an ongoing, long‑term collaboration. Salary details: CCNLNL Applicant: Tertiary Sector - Commerce (14 monthly salaries). Qualification at end of apprenticeship: Account Manager. Level at end of apprenticeship: 2nd. Duration of apprenticeship: 36 months.
What You Will Do
As Assistant Account Manager at Synextya you will directly support our CEO, Andrea Lissandrin: you will be in charge of organising and managing the company's main clients and projects.
How You Will Work
We are looking for an organised and precise person who masters an effective working method to facilitate internal development processes. It is not essential to have technical skills in the field of software development: you will be supported and trained by senior consultants in the technical‑technological field and on issues related to digital transformation processes.
Where You Will Work
We have a fantastic location in Bologna, in via Fioravanti 27,



with a workstation available for you. Working by objectives, presence is not always required, we are used to lavoro da remoto and hourly flexibility. However, you will be required to be present as much as possible, especially at an early stage, in order to better understand the projects on which you will have to contribute.
