Our communities are growing and so are our teams We’re hiring an Assistant Community Manager at Villa Vita in Peoria, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

Compensation
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $25.00/hour.
- In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in Luxury Property Management as a Leasing Manager, Assistant Community Manager, or similar title.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of general accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting.
- Demonstrated coaching and development ability.
- Associate's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
- Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable
- A basic understanding of written and verbal English
