Your mission

As a FM Building Management System (BMS) Specialist, you will support the management, maintenance, and optimization of Building Management Systems (BMS) across the campus. In this role you will be working on the design, implementation, and daily operational maintenance of BMS technologies, contributing to efficiency, security, and compliance with industry regulations. You will report directly to the FM Hard & Soft Services Manager.

Human Technopole, located in Milan MIND Area and counts more than 20.000 sqm of complex building infrastructures, highly technological laboratories and services.



The next stage of development will double the current size and will open multiple services to other national institutions.

Grow Your Skills
- Assisting in the management and updates of BMS systems with external specialists.
- Supporting maintenance planning, cost tracking, and technical documentation for BMS systems.
- Contributing to the development of a multi-year BMS integration plan.
- Assisting in defining BMS policies, SOPs, and system specifications.
- Supporting BIM integration in Facility Management, including updating system records and schematics.
- Collaborating with the ICT team to align framework configurations and security protocols.
- Working on BMS technologies, IoT platforms, and data analysis, following established guidelines.
- Participating in software logic verification and updates, under the supervision of internal specialists.
- Working with maintenance technicians, assisting in daily training and BMS-related tasks.
- Interacting with contractors and vendors
