This role represents a key commercial position supporting the company's ambition to become a trusted technology and solutions partner within the Data Centre ecosystem.

The Opportunity

The Key Account & Solutions Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships and creating integrated solution opportunities within the European Data Centre market.

The role focuses on managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities with long development cycles, working closely with hyperscale operators, colocation providers,



EPC contractors and technology partners to position the organisation as a preferred partner for critical power solutions.

Rather than focusing on individual product sales, the successful candidate will help shape complete power solution strategies by collaborating with customers and the wider infrastructure ecosystem.

This position requires the ability to navigate complex buying organisations, influence decision-makers at an early stage of project development and coordinate multiple stakeholders to create long‑term customer value.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management
- Develop trusted executive relationships with key strategic accounts across the European Data Centre market.
- Manage complex customer engagements involving hyperscale operators, colocation providers, developers and infrastructure investors.
- Build long‑term account strategies aligned with customer expansion plans and sustainability objectives.
