European Investment Bank is seeking a Banking and Finance Lawyer with a focus on the Polish market, based in Luxembourg. The role reports to the CE Division and involves shaping lending operations across eight jurisdictions with regular office presence in Luxembourg, including relocation support.
You will negotiate intricate loan agreements, advise on structured finance, PPP, and asset finance, and collaborate with clients ranging from member states to corporates.
