What We Expect From You
- MSc degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automotive Engineering or similar.
- Interest in battery systems and e-mobility technologies.
- Preferred: internship, thesis, Formula Student,



or academic projects related to battery systems and EVs.
- Basic knowledge of simulation and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of automotive standards and regulations (ISO, ECE) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Team player, able to work in international and multidisciplinary environments.
- Fluent in English and Italian.

What You Can Expect From Us
- Permanent employment contract.
- Base Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €30.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
- The company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
- Project profit-sharing component.
- Individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net.
- Annual welfare allowance.
