Front End Associate
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Front End Associates to support daily sales operations in a fast-paced garden center retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate register and Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently
- Process customer transactions, including cash, credit, and gift cards
- Label and tag product for retail sale
- Support merchandising and product presentation
- Open, unpack, and process retail goods upon receipt as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the register area and other assigned workspaces
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service at all times

Qualifications
- Prior register / POS experience preferred
- Garden center or retail experience a plus




- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk up and down stairs
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Schedule & Availability
- Facility operates 7 days per week, generally 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Earlier and later shifts may be required for special events and peak periods
- Weekend availability is required
- Full-time and tempo parziale schedules available
